A trip to the movies is an oldie, but always a goodie during the weekends. It may not seem to be important, but what to wear to the movies is far more important than we think, not to mention tricky. You may want to look great for an outing to see the latest blockbuster. You don't want to look like a slob but you don't want to look like you're about to hit the red carpet later either. Likewise, what to wear while going for shopping is yet another problem where most of the people fail.
Here are some great outfits for shopping and for maneuvering the theater aisles with your bucket of warm popcorn :
- You can never go wrong with a pair of a white shirt and simple blue jeans and it looks fab on everyone. However, if pairing your jeans with a simple white button down shirt is too bland for you, you can opt for a beautiful Tee.
- Go for a beautiful culotte; you can team them up with a plain top. Thrown on a bunch of layered necklaces and a cardigan and you're good to go! Remember, you should wear only one printed item per outfit.
- The blazer is yet another great way to completely change a look. If you've an outfit that is perfect for cinema but you've already worn it many times, just throw a blazer on top and voila! You've got a whole new look.
- While choosing the shoes, go for a pair of ballet flats because they look adorable and most important, they are comfy. If you don't want to wear flats, going for a pair of chunky heels or wedges as they are comparatively easier to walk around in.
- While going for shopping, first of all think about what you're going to buy and wear clothes accordingly. If you're usually wearing jeans and you're looking out an appropriate top, wear those jeans. If you're planning to buy a nice top, or a fancy pair of heels, don't wear sweatpants because you'll never get idea about how they will look like with a skirt or jeans.
- If you want to buy a pair of shoes to combine with a particular skirt, wear that skirt. Likewise, if you wish to color co-ordinate, do take those clothes with you or even better wear them!
